FAQ

What should I bring to class?
Normally we request members bring a mat and waterbottle to class! If you don’t have a mat, please reach out, and we will make sure there is one for you to borrow (beach towels are also great)! If you have Bala bangles or light weights and want to bring them for an extra challenge, please feel free! Class can be done in sneakers or barefoot!

How is Boundless different from other workouts?
Boundless’ goal is to make your workout class 1) accessible and affordable 2) friendly and community-based 3) a place where you feel strong, challenged, and grounded. Through combining low-impact movement, intentional exercises, and breathwork, boundless provides an opportunity to tap into your mind and body for the ultimate workout. Did we mention class is SO affordable - $25ish for events (includes an activity or experience) and $5-$15 for classes!
-
I've never done barre or breathwork - can I still come?
Yes, yes, and yes! This is actually so encouraged. Gabi and Sydney work hard to break down exercises and make them approachable, and we love to offer members adjustments, modifications, or advancements in order to make our workout work for you.
-
How often do you offer class?
We are so excited to start offering class Monday evenings (outside while the weather is nice) and virtually on Thursday mornings! We also host at least one monthly event to bring our community together through an activity!

Does Boundless offer private events or training?
Yes! Please reach out to our email (boundlessbarredc@gmail.com) to inquire about small group classes, personalized barre and/or breathwork, and corporate opportunities.
